Owners Eric and Brianna R. were both born and raised in Auburn California and ultimately where they decided to raise their family. With their deep roots within the community and passion for superior customer service, Steam Pros was born. Of course, there are other carpet cleaners in the area, but it was the personal touch and caring for the end result they felt was lacking in the industry. They were determined to set themselves apart from the typical “splash and dash” carpet cleaners, the importance  of developing relationships and delivering the best possible cleaning experience was their main focus.
